Contractor terms
Applicants who are engaged as independent contractors acknowledge that work is performed as a 1099-style engagement (or equivalent), that rates and assignments are governed by platform policies, and that no employment relationship is created by submitting an application.
Confidentiality and NDA
You agree to keep confidential all client content, scores, findings, and operational details accessed through QueryTek Review, and not to disclose, copy, or reuse such materials outside authorized review work. This section incorporates the substance of Extanto’s NDA and confidentiality expectations for external reviewers.
