QueryTek Review Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes how authorized users and client organizations may use QueryTek Review, a business document review service operated by Extanto Technology, LLC. It supplements the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Permitted use

Use QueryTek Review only for lawful business purposes related to document review, language quality assurance, and workflows your organization is authorized to perform. Upload content you have the right to submit for review. Keep credentials confidential and use roles as assigned by your organization or Extanto.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use QueryTek Review to:

• Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or probe or disrupt the service.
• Circumvent tenant isolation, encryption, audit, or access controls.
• Harass, threaten, or submit content that is unlawful, exploitative, or abusive.
• Misrepresent identity, tenant affiliation, or authorization to act for an organization.
• Use automated means to abuse registration, intake, or API endpoints beyond documented limits.

Security and confidentiality

Treat submission content and review outputs as confidential to the client organization and applicable agreements. Report suspected security issues responsibly using the contact on the Security page.

Enforcement

Extanto may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other reasonable steps if this policy or the Terms of Use is violated, to protect users, client data, or platform integrity.
