How It Works
QueryTek Review is a managed review service. Trained reviewers perform every evaluation; the portal handles intake, assignment, security, and delivery.
Sign in to your workspace and upload documents — PDF, Word, plain text, slides, spreadsheets, images, and subtitle files up to 50 MB each. Choose the review module, audience, and risk context. Portal upload is the default; you can also send by email, connect a Box, Google Drive, or OneDrive folder, or submit through the integrator API.
Your document enters the reviewer queue. A qualified reviewer claims or is assigned the work, evaluates it against your standards profile and the module rubric, and records findings. Edge cases can be escalated for a second review.
The scorecard gives an overall assessment plus category-level scores, flagged excerpts with reviewer rationale, and revision recommendations. Reviewers can return an annotated copy of your document alongside the scorecard.
Track status in the portal without email follow-ups, and download results from your workspace. Stored documents are encrypted at rest, access is scoped by role and workspace, and every upload, access, and download is recorded in the audit trail.
Every document shows its current status in your workspace. The main path is:
Depending on your account, you may also see Quoted and Paid (pay-per-quote checkout), Escalated (sent for a second review), or Rejected (the document could not be reviewed as submitted).
Encryption, role-based access, and the audit trail begin when Review stores its copy of your document. Retention and data handling are described on the security page.
