Earnings accrue from completed, accepted assignments. Payout cadence and contractor payment terms are confirmed at hire and in the contractor terms you attest to when you apply.
Claim or accept only assignments you can finish on time and to rubric quality. Timely declines matter — queue reliability depends on accurate capacity.
