Reviewers work as independent contractors (1099) and are paid in USD on a per-word basis by module. Rates are set by Extanto and communicated at offer — this page does not list personal rates. Each module has its own per-word rate, shared with your offer.
Earnings accrue from completed, accepted assignments. Payout cadence and contractor payment terms are confirmed at hire and in the contractor terms you attest to when you apply.
Claim or accept only assignments you can finish on time and to rubric quality. Timely declines matter — queue reliability depends on accurate capacity.
