Pricing questions
How are words counted?
Review counts the words in your uploaded file when it prepares your quote. The estimator on this page uses the number you enter, so treat it as a ballpark until the quote arrives.
How long does a review take?
Standard delivery within 10 business days of payment confirmation. You can follow each document's status in the portal.
What about very large projects?
Documents over 100,000 words need scheduling with our team. You still receive an estimate or quote, and a QueryTek team member contacts you after upload to coordinate timing.
Which file types can I upload?
Common document formats such as PDF, Word, RTF, and plain text, plus images and subtitle files, up to 50 MB per file. The upload screen lists every accepted format.
How is my document handled?
Once a document is in QueryTek Review, it is encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest, protected by role-based access, and covered by immutable audit logging of upload, access, download, and status changes. The security overview has the details.
